To avoid a $25.00/$50.00 service charge, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Use the reply option on "Housecalls", the appointment mailbox on our telephone system, or send a message via e-mail using "My Health Portfolio".

After hours, on holidays and on weekends you can reach our answering service at 404-609-0752. If you do not hear from a provider within 30 minutes, please call the answering service again. If your emergency is life threatening, please call 911. Do not wait for one of our providers to contact you.

Confidentiality and Medical Records

All your medical records are considered confidential information. We will release the records or part of them only if you give us written authorization.
